The Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC)

The Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), under the overall authority of the General Assembly, coordinates the economic and social work of the United Nations and the UN family of organizations.

At ARCUS MUN 2022, the simulation of ECOSOC deals with the agenda “Building Sustainable means to ensure Economic Enhancement of Developing Countries”. It is a Double Delegation Committee, which means that two delegates represent the same country as a pair, they work together in that simulation.
